Use this option to add brand-new assets that do not yet exist in
the system. All imported assets will be created in Pending status, allowing you to review and
complete their details before capitalizing them. If any of the uploaded Asset IDs already exist, the
import will be rejected to prevent accidental updates. Use this option only for creating new assets.
